I don't think any of those crimes carry a life sentence, even if there were enough justification to convict him for those things (which there isn't). -

now that he's no longer head of the FBI, I suspect we'll see a lot more evidence come out. there was strong internal resistance (to the point of there being a chance of open rebellion) in the way he handled the Clinton investigation... they collected a lot more incriminating data than was put forward as evidence, and if you look at how the investigation was actually conducted after the fact, it was guided by the DNC more than the FBI themselves -

that would be one of the most epic events in US history but something seems very unlikely about that, considering all the other ceo's and war criminals that have gotten away with it. prison isn't for "elites"
