An app reminding me how long it's been since my last hit of TWEAK doesn't sound like it would help me get clean at all but maybe it could be used for harm reduction purposes to help plan doses and binges better

I haven't vape'd since the first week of January this year when I was kicking my ex bitch out
It's easy u just quit. It's literally that easy. Just like all addictions. Well ok the ones with physical wds are a bitch and I recommend tapering but cigs to me is like stimulants, they are fine and fun n all but are shit for your health, but easy to quit if you have a decent brain between ur ears.

Man all my friends said I wouldn't make it to 30
Only reason I did is cuz I got locked up at 27 for 12 months which drastically changed the direction of my life
Now I own a house, cars, college degree, and am continuing my education at a local[ish] university.
It's fucking sad cuz like speedy said, I've seen literally 10x the amount of people fail/die/continue to use than I see people succeed.
