Not relevant in any way to what I said...and most of those don't have a lawyer on call either...the VAST majority of jailhouse pukes can't afford a lawyer and take the state appointed one (who isn't on call for other offenses, just the one he was employed for).

all im saying is outside of usa no one really trusts cops that much or holds someone down just for throwing a punch or really even calls cops for anything but something seirous that prtains to them not some random nearby.
people in lodz for instance constantly street fight and they even kick each other down just ovr hooligan shit or what colors they wear or where thyre from and most of the time no one calls cops even for that. thats all im saying guys. i mean i dont even do that nor never have in th usa even before i got in trouble and ive seen or been in many fights there.
