as I suggested by some of you complaining. someone like Fona, Blaster and Waluigi could just pitch in and co-ops and do all their construction while working side jobs to pay for material .
of course, Fona has an ol lady who owns her own house so he's not leaving anytime soon. unless you guys moved up near him and he and you guys purchased a fixer up together. keep doing it.
Wal knows how to rig power, blaster could weld steel framing, fona probably has some skill. rockwall maybe roofing. buy house kits and work together and flip and buy and share profit.
instead several of you complained about not having a family to back your loan as a second. but if you guys went together it would be less of a risk take for the investors. also there are tons of phone aps which have privatized loaners at decent rates. start at 50k flips and work up into half-million dollar properties -
