   literally it literally started raining since this thread come out its kinda crazy.
   
   what i dont get is how they claim were in drought and everyone needs to use less water ( even though its billed by the cubic foot which for all intensive purposes might as well be charged per gallon ) like were in a shortage yet its raining and all this good water runs away in the creeks and rivers
   
   but literally you get charged for what you use so if they are running out of it why dont they just charge more for water instead of saying to use less which they do with electricity to they say guys were running out of energy yet they charge you based on how much you use
