They gave me one week to prove that naloxone causes me intense adverse reactions or else they will start giving me suboxone.
I thought for a year it was my mouth wound healing wrongs vascularity sublingually but after my fentanyl OD and when I got off life support and told them my meds, they said they didn't have suboxone but they had locade. And even more surprisingly, they left me with 2 months worth of subutex along with a months worth of ritalin , like, not paper scipts but; the hospital literally let a junkie gone ded carry out a schedule 2 drug (which I've since ceased)
how do you guys feel? Based on firsthand or secondhand info, it seems to be general consensus that the naloxone will dull a great deal of the post acute WD levelling

Buprenorphine causes precipitated wd w.o the stupid nalaxone.
Its a psrtial agonist with extremely high bimding affinity.
Think of it like even without the nalaxone it would clear your receptors and replace them with only partial activity.
Subs r for pill abusers and methadone is for hxc junkies. I was on subs back when i was 19 when they first came out before the stips came out. My habit was already so big that they didnt help and i just sold them all. I was perscribed 3 8mgs a day and sold them for 20 a piece so that kept my addiction going pretty good for a few years.
Ive always been interested in trying LAAM.

Doctors arent as smart as you think.
A drug rep says, 'derp yah the nalaxone is so dey cant get highz'
But in reality the buprenorphine blocks and causes precip wds itself, PLUS the nalaxone half life is so short that even if it did so something itd only last like idk 30 min. Have u ever had precip wd? I have. It doesnt just 'last 30 minutes' lol
