In 2003 Alaska became the first constitutional carry state. In 2010, Arizona became the third state (after Alaska and Vermont) to allow constitutional carry. As of today 25 states now have constitutional carry. In the last 20 years half of the states have allowed it. Just thus year alone three states, Ohio, Georgia, and Indiana, have passed constitutional carry and Florida is set to allow constitutional open carry soon.

But Biden will force Federal law over State. Usually they allow States to chose for themselves however a law can be written for Feds to force states to enforce federal laws.

I'm not against Gun Ownership but I see what's going to happen. they'll give them a classification and then hammer down on ownership of specified guns and people will find new designs to loopholes but eventually, they'll keep refining and programming the next generation of kids who will be on political ads and begging that congress ends gun ownership altogether. saying its an outdated law or some shit. -
