Fentanyl isn't all drugs, idiot. I know over 9000 drug dealers and none of them carry H or opiates, i had to have associates of mine go doctor shopping for fent and oxy. No H nowhere. Which admittedly is peculiar. Even in the big cities. But it could be the crowd i hang out with. -

But cocaine has a burnout affect which forces half the users to do more for the same affect. But if in moderation it could keep people energized.
