it tchnically may be but again plenty of people do it like during green peace demonstrations or lgtb rights and such in places like san francisco and no one gets arrested for it. in poland im not even sure its illegal as people for instance expose themselves in saunas all the time and even the changing rooms in some pools are like shared not changing rooms but where people put clothes and ive seen dudes get nude not caring if a female will wlak by or dressing in em in this one pool place in warsaw called warszawianka but not others but in lods in akeapark they get nude in the suana area where cold water is before jumping in and its even fmsily shared across ages and genders also in poland ive seen bums with their dicks out pissing or even laying on a bench in central warsaw and no one cared.

some guy had a case like this i read about but he won it where he would constantly spend his time nude in his residence and house due to being a nudist like i sort of em and some bitch saw him walking by and took him to court but he won it and this was in the usa.
