There’s a link to a YouTube vid in the article that for some reason no one bothers to open or read 😑

    here it is

The noise sounds like a ghostly wail, or the horror-movie music just before a jump scare, or, the cries of countless souls trapped in eternal darkness. 😲

Not in space where it's a vacuum and it's too loud.

I think my dad every day but it’s getting intrusive. Right now thinking of his clothes I didn’t want, sitting in a suitcase. It’s strange they smell just like him but he’s long gone. I’m wondering if leaving them in the case without washing them will damage the clothes somehow?

Looking at old messages and wondering if I was mentally ill. Day in my life:

Today I woke up crying, it was a dream about my dad. I went to a hotel restaurant for lunch and talked with two old ladies, Veronica and Frieda. They wanted me to sit with them and Veronica got up to sing songs about Jesus. After that I went up the mountain. I’d heard of there being abandoned houses where witches lived but only came across one today. The sheds freaked me out, I felt like someone could be locked in them. A fluffy black cat came running at me looking to be petted. Some people were coming so I wanted to get away but the cat followed me down the path, I felt like it was warning me. It was scared of the people coming as well. I actually ran from those people and came to some building. There was another elderly couple and I imagined them hitting a man over the head in the 70s up here in the woods. Later I ran into that girl, the one I made out with a few weeks ago, we kissed and showed each other our bras in front of these gawking old men. Right now I feel like having a house party but am unsure because what if no girls show up? The guys in my sc all make me feel gross. I know I’ll be bored af tonight though if I don’t hang with people.

“Some parts of space are full of hot gas, including the medium between the distant, sparkly galaxies huddled together. In 2002, when a NASA space telescope named Chandra studied the Perseus cluster, it detected wavelike movements in the gas, propagating outward like ripples in water. The ripples, scientists determined, were produced by the supermassive black hole in the cluster’s central galaxy. When the black hole sucks in cosmic material, it burps some out—explosive behavior that pushes around the gas nearby. The resulting waves, astronomers concluded, were sound waves, with a frequency much too deep for any of us to hear.

It wasn’t until recently that Kimberly Arcand, Chandra’s visualization scientist, decided to shift those impossibly low cosmic notes into the audible range. She wanted the public, and particularly those who are blind or have reduced vision, to be able to experience the wonder of the Perseus cluster with senses besides sight. Arcand told me she was inspired by Wanda Díaz-Merced, a blind astrophysicist who developed a program to convert sunlight into sound so that she could hear a solar eclipse sweeping across the United States in 2017. Arcand and her team extracted the sound data from Chandra’s observations and then, with some mathematical work and sound editing, brought them into the range of human hearing, a couple hundred quadrillion times higher than the original frequency. The result: a spooky, cosmic wail.“

There’s obviously more informational in the article..however since it’s obvious you simply looked at the title and made a judgment I thought I’d share the ‘science’ behind the title. 😑 I thought it was interesting.
Probably should have given more thought to the fact that most posters here either can’t or won’t bother to read beyond a sentence.

You know the crazy girl who spammed me the same things in three different apps and invited me to her September birthday like six months ago? I blocked her but suspect she might be alone on her bday, dunno if I should reach out or maybe she hates me or I shouldn’t care.
