Still being attractive increases your chances of being hired so why wouldn’t you? Personally I don’t think it’s right because people will be discriminated against before they’re invited to an interview but at the same time there’s some comfort knowing they already approve of your appearance, so less anxiety in the interview.
Wanting to look attractive doesn’t mean I only want to be seen as that. -
