    It doesn't matter to the present state where it originated...The amount of water we have has not changed...we are no longer hit by hundreds of comets.

  7. Rather than spending trillions on advertising sex changes to kids, all they'd need to do is build desalinization plants. The obvious reason they don't is because there is no real shortage of water, and they know it.
