So what's your approach to life? To scheme, take handouts from the system, steal, and scam your way through? Men have nothing to do with it.
Witch hunting was driven by religious fervor and the resulting fear of Satan's influence.
Men could be influenced by sorcery just the same as women, but due to their perceived 'strength' and 'fortitude' over women it was thought that they were less prone to becoming sorcerers, and more likely to become posessed or haunted by a demonic spirit.
The same shit is around today, we just don't call it 'sorcery' or possession'. Religious people still believe in good magic, like being able to communicate telepathically with a sky-man, or reincarnation. They believe the media is influenced by demonic forces, or politicians are, or whatever groups their internalized bias tells them is 'bad'.
You want to stop people from hunting witches, stop this organized magical belief bullshit. -
