   Fonaplats victim of incest [daylong jump-start that nome]
   Went to bed feeling really weird.
   It feels like some of my joints are inflamed. My throat hurt. My head is really congested.
   And I was peeing every couple hours for a while.
   Ended up laying in bed for 19 hours and I don't feel better.
   Probably should try to eat but Im a little nauseous.
