how the hell do you even use one of these things and what it is for? I am in italy and like most indoor bathrooms have them and it looks like a separate toilet bowl or something.

If you cut out more fat from your diet your poops will come out "clean" and toilet paper is rarely even required, let alone a bidet...I don't remember the last time I had to even wipe my ass let alone wash it.
