    Perhaps he could look for employment on one of those fishing boats that take tourists "deep see fishing" and set the drag on their reels to 5lb so they think they've caught Jaws.

    Just make sure it pays really well because once you add up all your benefits you actually get a lot. Probably the best that cost the most is free health benefits.

    Not trying to get you to stay on benefits because you will never get ahead in life living on benefits.
