    Thanks man. I try to treat everyone as equal to the best of my ability unless they have done something terrible to myself or others with indisputable proof.
    Ive also been told most of my adult life that I am a very fair person but can be very firm on my expectations. I think that comes from my experiences in management. Give an inch and theyll take a mile.
    
    I think one of my most important qualities is I try to see things from another persons view and this has helped me tremendously with conflict resolution in both my personal and professional life.

    Yeah for sure. It would be EXTREMELY surprising to learn that the most wholesome user here was also a good person in real life. I would assume they're actually to-the-BONE horrible people.
