    Regardless you can't call yourself a worldly man if you're unaware of the technical prowess of Nigerians. A whole sector of their economy is literally using 56kb dialup services to finesse westerners out of millions upon millions every year. Considering the lack of stable infrastructure there the resourcefulness should be impressive to anyone with an objective understanding of the geopolitical situation
