    if you got a cotton swab *stuck* in your ear you may have damaged it, but when it heals you can just use the shower head to wash out your foosty ear.
    
    either cover most of the holes with your hand to get a sort of jet, or eslse switch it to jet nozzles if you got them.

    Best way to clean ur ears out is with a waterpik like they make for ur teeth. Sprays it out perfect.
    
    If it still feels weird but some hydrogen peroxide drops in there to soften things up
