Wondering if it’s normal to run up stairs three at a time as an adult. I just realised I only do it when no one’s around and haven’t noticed other people doing it. Do people just stop when they get arthritis?

I just hop from the first step to the last step now. Saves a lot of time.

i gorilla run up the stairs in my building and sometimes one time I was gorilla running up staairs and a hot chick saw me and was holdingn back laughing her ass off
it's just a fast way to ascend okay
