    What can I expect getting my molar tooth removed?

    Like the aftercare and how painful it will be and how long will it hurt after it's removed. Thank you what kind of painkillers do they give you and how much do they give you

    if it's not fully out of the gum or jutting out at a retarded angle they'll need to do more work to get it out so you can expect it to suck for a few days

    the more expensive places tend to give better drugs. I had teeth out at small Chinese-run places and all they gave me was wadding with topical anaesthetic, the more expensive 'emergency' place gave me codeine, a girl I used to work with got a couple of percs

    I got an anaesthesia injection after they worried about me with the laughing gas, I almost passed out. Anyway if the nerve is removed or killed then it won't hurt.

    that's why I said if it's at an angle; I had a wisdom tooth that was almost horizontal and barely exposed

    it wasn't so much the nerve from the tooth itself that hurt afterwards, it was the damage they did cutting into the gum and ripping it out

    I had my back right molar removed after cracking it beyond repair on a chocolate covered pretzel rod. They used lidocaine to remove it, and didn't give me shit afterwards besides a script for 20x 600 mg ibuprofen

    I had all my wisdom teeth removed back in 2004, before all the fuss with doctors about controlled substances, and was given 90x 10/325 mg Norcos afterwards, the best kind of hydrocodone you can get. I didn't even need that many for the actual pain, since I had zero opioid tolerance, plus it stopped hurting much after the 3rd or 4th day so I ended up trading about half the pills with my landlord for weed.

    You have to like cut sawed in half for the good shit anymore, or fall off a building and break all your bones at once

    I actually got a tooth removed when i was in jail once in Rugby ND. I got to go to a little cute dentist office wearing oranges and shackles and I definitely didn't get any pain meds. I think the dentist was trying to fuck me up honestly because of my status. He literally got leverage and was using his weight to force the chisel thing down on my tooth. If he would've slipped it would've went down my throat and probably killed me. Sorry
