I have a little indie smoke shop near me that is awesome, I never saw another smoke shop that doesn't have a very jediy "FINAL SALE NO REFUNDS IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT HAPPENED" vibe. They have a money back guarantee and everything and lots of different brands, very friendly staff who look like they give a fuck.
I have a local shop like that which I love, it's only a brick and mortar shop and not like a lounge or chill spot but the dudes will encourage you to try out cartridges in the shop before you leave to make sure it works right, recommend you better products that cost less money than bigger brands they carry, and like bullshit with me about recent series or video games or shit that we're into. They also talk and joke with you about getting fucked up and stuff. It's family owned and operated by Lebanese people.
I bought a locally made 500 mg Delta 8 chocolate bar there once and the clerk was like "Don't be like me and think you can eat this entire thing. My sister back there had to drag me into the house by my feet after that. Never again."
