   These recent surges are no accident or coincidence. They have found ways to contain the virus now, and weaponize it probably via aerosol type spraying in targeted public places or events.
   
   This will continue to expand and be used around the elections again, and against any large organized protests or occupations they decide they don't like. Because the strain they use is obviously going to be a more symptomatic one that actually impairs people, in order to make it seem more scary and serious this time around.
