Folks, I have been wanting to quit smoking. I quit drinking 50 days ago, and I am celebrating by using today 7/18 as a start date of me quitting cigarettes.
I have been smoking 8-12 cigarettes a day and now am doing a 21mg patch.
I'm excited to live a better life, and continue making the improvements I hope will become my lifestyle.
I know cravings only last 5 minutes, watch how much i'm eating, it'll get worse before it gets better.
Any advice elsewise, feel free to comment, tell me about your adventure quitting smoking, etc.

I hate when people say they’re going to do something because you can’t believe them until they’ve done it.

Take a glass of water and dump old cigarettes butts into it. Let it stew for a few hours. Then every time you crave a cigarette, drink a sip of the water. Works every time.

i have never been really addicted to smoking faggots. Sometimes I buy a pack and it sits around for a month, except for at work where I smoke during break because people stress me the fuk out also I chew nicotine gum in between break
at home I vape.

Nicotine is actually good for avoiding Covid, because the nicotine molecules bind with the same receptors Covid does and gets there first.

Don't think of it as quitting smoking, think of it as MANNING UP! and taking control of your life.
