Are you trying to point out that a physical porn law doesn't work for digital information? Because you also say you can mass email illegal porn to people and make them all criminals.

Technically, as soon as you clink a hotlink to a photo you are downloading said photo to your temporary files folder on your device. There's no law right now that says such an action cannot be constituted as downloading illegal content. If you clicked it, you need to own up to your own clicking. If you hadn't clicked on it, you wouldn't be downloading pedo pics in the first place.
