meth gives me intense ADHD and I can't focus on jack shit and get stuck in loops, break them easily and then loop again, the loop of breaking loops is a loop
I remember this one kid in school that said he couldn't focus on anything unless he had music. That's how I feel. If I listen to something loudly I can focus enough to play a video game instead of geeking the fuck out staring at the wall watching the clock go in fast forward
I never watched livestreams on meth before because I was never into them in the past, but it's not a good combination if you already have an endless 24/7 schedule of streams with very little downtime, it does not "hit" the same as loud music.
When I smoked meth with this rapper and his brother they were freestyle rapping to hour long beat compilations on youtube and I felt like I got a +10 boost listening to a live rap show and they were like playing off each others verses dissing each other in between bowls and lines of crank , I felt extremely hyper focused and in control of the high no matter how much I smoked and fucked up I got instead of the other way around where you do too much and go totally insane and don't know what to do and can't tell reality apart from delusions

Back when I was a kid you got a backhander to the back of the head and was told to pay attention...it usually worked...no need for drugs.
