    I fully accepted your play on words and followed it up with a further tongue in cheek line about the PoPo shooting nogs and them carrying a horn to HONK (a further play on words).
    
    The best humor is that which has an element of reality to it..or at least could have.
    
    It's certainly true black people are harder to see in the dark, I've more than once on my morning commute not spotted someone walking in the road (which they seem to do a lot here) because they were black and wearing dark clothing. The meme above demonstrates that pretty nicely.
    
    If 2 perps were running/hiding from the cops at night it follows that in SOME cases the black perp has an advantage in possible escape...well at least until the K9 unit is called out.
