No i don't. What i do is I go to Latest threads & Subscribed threads, and I click "open in new tab" on the show latest unread posts. I open most of them because OUR WEBSITE REQUIRES YOU READ EVERY POST and as I"m skimming through the new posts i exit them. it is the most efficient way for me cuz I'm not gonna spend time going back to latest threads, letting one load, then going back to latest threads, selecting the second one, that's RETARDED -
