Amazon doesn't have an IT department

   I received the wrong sized part and quickly found when I click on 1/2 x 3/8 size that the store page then shows 1/2 to 1/4 size and vise versa.
   
   When I tried ordering 1/2 x3/8 size I received 1/2 x 1/4.
   
   Fuck my life.
   
   Took me 40 minutes to explain to a computer illiterate Indian woman who never fully understood.
   I told her to pass what I told her along to the IT department and was told "sir, we do not have an IT department".
   
   Amazon has shitty customer service.

   I ordered from Amazon because I've gone to the hardware stores by me many many times recently and they are always out of stock of something.

   They don't have an IT department, all returns are handled through their own department. I heard it's a huge pain in the ass to go through but they will almost always side with the customer on any issue even if you are scamming them lol

   No, I never tried to convince my 60 year old mother to be a prostitute. Good effort.
   Rehabs going good, it's kinda repetitive everyday the same. I got a new watch I really like and have had a lot of time spent reading books and basking in the sun. Cigarettes are also half the price as they were in Wisconsin.
