There are several people's property bordering thousand of acres. There isn't even a public road between the collective properties. We're talking miles away from a public road.

500 feet unless you own the mineral rights

I doubt anyone would dig deeper than 30 feet tops without heavy duty equipment

how far into the sky do you own?

Now that I live in Miami I've just decided I'm fucked if WW3 happens but I doubt it will.

Too many weapons by both sides, if you think they want to risk losing everything I don't think you understand the West and Far East's motivation is to stay in power and keep business as usual. This whole conflict in the modern era is really something that is bewing avoided.

I mean I came to realize there is an army base wich might defeat rural from strike advantages

But then again, those would be the heaviest protected.

I wanted to stay clear of such things. People can laugh at this as being paranoid but realistically this world is fucked. Even if Russia ends this war soon. The buildup of NATO is just a matter of time. 5-10 years before a major trigger event is my guess. But it's still a smart idea to grab what you can even in better times.

No, it's in a "perfect" spot, just outside of a small town, very quiet but within reach of the interstate (and the small town).

They accepted my offer last night so it's mine now.

thats a testament of how great they are as building material.

also you dont have to buy them now, just wait until the economy prolapses and then buy almost brand new shipping containers from liquidation sales.

Shipping containers are like 6k last time I checked. You can cut the sides to make a wide doorway and mirror 2 and weld or bolt them together to make a good size room.

There is still a lot of fiberglass required for insulation

There is a new styrofoam house that they pour concrete over that can be built in days but the styrofoam is assembled in pieces as the molding of sort

It's pretty cool. It is also the insulation

Twice as efficient in heating and cooling as a wood structure

They should build moldings and fill in-between liquid styrofoam and then remove the moldings , do all of the electrical (solar/Tesla battery pack) then apply the lightweight concrete mix and mud and finish it

House knocked out in 3 weeks

It's not mad from microplastc. It's a chemical mixture. They're not beads they're just liquids.

    Dehumidifier

I live in a mostly dry climate. Unless we get monsoons from gulf of Mexico the bay area is fairly dry. The delta is a bit dank but nothing like Houston or Louisiana.

Most of Texas is bone dry. El Paso for one.
