I'm about to buy a new knife, the faggots banned one hand knives here. Y'know, the ones you can flick.open ith your thumb. Illegal now. I'm thinking about buying a dart karambit by FOX. Do you have any experience with that knife or company?
Yes, I want to use it as weapon exclusively. As far as I've understood it the karambit allows to draw the blade in combat with securing the grip. I don't want the shit to get stuck and then fly all around when I need it. Wait, I'll post a video.
that's not a karambit, karambits have a hooked blade like a talon:
fox brand specifically:
but it looks like it uses the same grip and locking mechanism so I dunno. don't really have time right now to read up about it, but I'm a big fan of the axis lock:
you can fold the knife out normally or you can push down on the little trigger and swing it open. you push the trigger to unlock it so it can be closed.
as a pure weapon I'd highly recommend a baton over a knife though
Batons are illegal as well. The knife you posted would be too because of the spring function and the little dot thing for the thumb. I need one I can open with one hand while in combat, though. That feature that looks like a bottle opener allows that, right? In the video you see the dude open it on his or the other person's cloth.
yeah, they're technically illegal here too but they still show up on eBay and knife stores from time to time. yeah the idea is that the hook will catch on fabric so you can deploy it as you pull it out of your pocket. I believe the function was originally called the Emerson wave, I have a cold steel ti-lite with a similar mechanism.
nigga I been tellin all u niggas about karambit's for years I was on dat shit back in 09. What we really need are some recipes, dick suckings and cringeworthy posts
