I, an alcoholic, can tell you that GermX smoothies are the crem'e de la crem'e of the hospitals people detox at in wisconsin (My friend was in one)
Simply take 2 scoops of instant coffee + 1/2 hot water + 1/2 Germx and stir until it mixes together, salt to taste.
If you have isopropyl alcohol you're missing a HUGE opportunity to get all your dab stuff clean and do a single shot of your super dabby daddy shot.
