Fatass Breakfast Spread

    In addition to 5 big cups of coffee & 1 3shot esspresso i had

    6 eggs, 3 sausage patty (x3 Trays)
    2 Skim Milk cartons
    1 cup gritz (with butter pad, 1 salt packet, 1 pepper packet)
    1 cup gritz (2 sugar packets)
    splash of hotsauce on the eggs
    2 ketchup packets to dip the sausage in

    Probably gonna skip lunch, this is the most I've eaten in a long time

    the eggs are cooked in advance then frozen, then thermalized.

    the sausage patty is so nasty i had to ask a muslim guy if it was pork or ???? (I don't eat pork for non religious reasons) He told me "it's supposedly chicken" very salty

    the gritz are gritz they come dry and boiling water makes them

    So yeah it's the same shit as the psych ward food

    but it's all you can eat, that being said for dinner everyday we get mixed vegetables with different entrees and rotating grains. I ONLY eat the mixed vegetables and fill up about 3 cups worth & pepper the fuck out of it with a little hot sauce, that's why i'm not gaining weight.

    The new dietary concept I'm trying out is eat until I'm full at breakfast, eat a standard lunch, and then eat a snack or vegetables as dinner.

    Figure 50%, 33%, 17% for those who enjoy percentages.

    Yeah eating a solid breakfast makes a ton of difference for people who want to lose weight. I know so many people that think skipping it is better but your body needs that fuel after sleeping and it throws off ur metabolism for the rest of the day to neglect it

    personally i find that I skip lunch most days without realizing it, I always eat breakfast and dinner but get busy doing shit in between and just don't feel hungry really

    people loved me during chow time in jail and the hospital because i hate cereal and milk and gave mine away every single time

    yeah i went into this rehab with teh intent to gain weight. I'm not sure what i settled at (I measure my weight by sitting straight up on a chair after a big meal and putting my hand, palm up, under my belly. I started rehab at 1 finger, I am now at 2 1/2 fingers covered, which is what I want)

    When I stand up I by no means have abs but I also don't have a belly unless I'm sitting. I believe this is the healthiest weight (for me) and averages 190lb @ 6'1 / 86kg @ 1.85m

    my favorite breakfast is 4 cups of half coffee/half skim milk, and 3egg white cheese omelette with green peppers, mushrooms, onions, and spinach

    my favorite is probably steel cut oatmeal with cinnamon, granola, berries, and honey or maple syrup.
