Went to a mental hospital from May 14th to May 21st.
Went to the hospital emergency room on the 13th at night around 11:30 and then midnight ish I thought I could get into a mental hospital around my area but I ended up getting into a mental hospital about 60 70 miles from where I live. so I was uncomfortable the first two days in the mental hospital I didn't talk to anyone I just kept my hands over my face and I just stayed in the corner. but eventually I talked to someone and then I got more comfortable and then I started talking more and more and more. there was a lot of drama people would flip out over things that you think that people normally wouldn't flip out about. the food was okay a lot of bacon a lot of bread they served bread with every single meal. we have smoke breaks where they provide you cigarettes but you only get one free cigarette per smoke break but you have like seven or eight smoke breaks a day. they didn't want to give out anything for anxiety like benzo wise they would just give you hydroxyzine for the most part. you could tell pretty much who like the leader of the patience was you could just get that vibe or at least I could. I think it was I won't say good for me but it was helpful for me. but it was definitely an experience this one new patient came in at the middle of the night and he went in everyone's rooms and that's a big no no and he was shutting doors and he was at one point he grabbed the chair that was in his room or something and threw it against the window like it's harder they could and the window didn't break at all. and he just kept freaking out and we talked to the night nurse that night and she looked at us like we were drug seekers because we were like look man our anxieties high as hell now and we can't go to sleep and we want this guy moved or we want to be moved or we want our doors locked for the night and she looked at us like we were drug seekers. I lost my stuff in there I came in with two shoelaces on my shoes I came in with my wallet I came in with a little bit of money like seven bucks and they lost it all there was nothing I could do I mean I made the report and got the money back but there was nothing I could do about the other stuff they had lost it. they had a gym in there where you can play basketball or do yoga or play football. where we smoke that they had a table that you could sit down and then they had like a little walkway and I mean little. and they give you medication to go home with they provided me transportation so I can go home via like an Uber. I have dreams that I'm back there sometimes and some of them are good and some of them are bad. they hook you up with therapist that you can talk to when you leave and then that therapist hooks you up with a psychiatrist who can write you medication and stuff. pretty much that's it if y'all want to know anything else that I didn't touch on let me know and I'll answer it as always. iseedivision

Have you ever considered making a block of text reader friendly or are you really that mentally disturbed?
