Absolutely. The aggressor obviously knew he had a gun and attacked him anyway. If hes crazy enough to attack someone with a gun there would be a high probability he would kill you if you missed your shot

He gave the dude every chance to disengage and leave, warned him verbally, and even seemed to have good trigger discipline for someone defending themselves from an attacker. He waited until the last second to fire, and even then you can see he's trying to aim lower, possibly to reduce the chance he'd actually kill him. I knew it wouldn't get charged.

this wasnt in california thiugh where i lived. i know in clsifornia there ar eno stand your ground laws and you cant just use a gun on someone or discharge a firearm in public. in polqnd i heard you cant even use a knife to defend yourself legally.
