and harassing you like with their phone at some public event and i know in america this is common i see fideos on youtube all the time although in poland this never basically happens, what would you do? would you punch them and hope to ko them or just stun them with enough time to get away or knock the phone out of their hand and maybe throw it? also accoridng to usa laws would it be a crime to knock the phone out of their hand or say if it got damaged depsite them harassing you or following you say for no reason accusing you of being with an underaged girl or something and not believing shes 18-20 for instance or any other reason?

yea but its also p[erfectly legal or they risk this happening getting punched or having their phone smashed at least in poland this is what would happen. Ive seen bouncers threaten people after beating them in poland from trying to tape and there is sp many white trash people here in lodz ive seen a bitchs traight up say dont take pics of me even though all i did was take pics of the dance floor. so in poland yes it wouldnt work.

in polnd being punched or hit doesnt even cary a jail sentence but a private charge unless you are quit einjured or the person is like a cop (not sure about regular security or bouncers).

in warsaw in that ghetto area cqlled praga in that ruzalski abzaar they now closed some dudes literally followed this internaitonal tourist dude for taking their pics making him erase it who were trying to buy pssports or offering to buy passports of this free wlaking alternative warsaw tour. so dont tell me in poland taping random people like usa would work.

i remmeber them not really threatening him but saying theyll call cops on him. so in europe it may be actually illegal or against privacy rights like i know in germany you cant take any pics or videos of cops.

in germany some bum dude tried to run to the cops tell them i took a pic of them and got all mad at me when they were arresting these polish street dudes i hung out with. so i know in europe its different. i got out of there quick tho before cops saw what i did.

In poland in certain places ike this detroit like city im at Lodz its common for women to be slapped or the back of their heads slapped and faces pushed to side in public. and no im not into that but if some woman would tape me id simply walk up to her with my body dominating her pushing her backwards and threaten to break it. or throw it out of her hand (or threaten to).
