Yeah I obviously agree the supreme court has too much power, but ruling on cases on their meei5 is how legal precidents work and roe vs wade has been one for abortion not for states rights. There are many other cases obviously more relevant to the separation of judicial, state, fed, legislative etc powers if you think the judges...who vote along predictable party lines 96% of the time...decided on anything more than their faith and tried to shoehorn a palatable reason into it...you're lost
Roe vs wade is an individual freedom cass granted at the highest judicial branch that definitely makes the country better and more free. This 50 years of floodgates of big fed dropping tyrannical laws has already passed and who gives a shit? If you think this was redecided as anything other than to make abortion harder because: cousinfucking christianity you are pretty naive.
I Love the idea of a weak state, in order for this to be enacted there needs to a centralized guarentee of freedoms, sone of which roe v wade made possible and to put them in the air only makea things worse. Have you checked out this history thing? When things are taken away its usually pretty hard to get them back. The SCJs are laughing their asses off right now at the morons for buying the "st8s ritez" reasoning while they chug communion wine and bend hawt alter bois over the pews.
Yeah Im sure they (and other circuit court judges) are going to get right on appealing all those other thousands of cases that actually restrict peoples freedoms because they valiently decided (coincidentally along with their party/religious affiliations) to use a case to strip some freedoms they didnt like. I MEAN COME ON. Have we not seen this before? Are there really people naive enough to believe taking the decicision making power from over half the population to literally the state is going to result in MORE GUARENTEES OF FREEDOMS? A pretty obvious trade off is being made and some powerful scumbags are laughing that people want so badly to believe them -

They need to ease border policies so they can vet
