Now i am not a US constitutional lawyer or legal scholar, but it was my understanding jurisdiction would fall in each individual state as a result. And with that i mean: when, say, The Commonwealth of Kentucky can have any and all forms of abortion outlawed. While The State of California could in theory amend their constitution to reflect what they want.
Which let's be honest in California they probably want post-partum Abortion.

That’s assuming those “voters” survive or even bother to vote given the socioeconomic groups they’ll be born into which is a shame since it could potentially put more republicans into office legally

Along with blacks, kikes and other minorities. It's time to wake up and admit that there are certain people in society that should not have the right to vote.
To start, you shouldn't be allowed to vote unless you have at least $50,000 in your bank account. -
