I really like that he's going into single mom's houses, fixing them up, before he gets tossed out.
However, I think it's kinda self depreciating settling for a woman with kids. Does he enjoy when the baby daddy comes and fucks his "girlfriend?" Does he realize they will always have the special connection that made life? Will he grow to resent himself for allowing him to be cucked? Not sure folks.

So here is this 22 year old man married to Kat and raising 4 kids by 3 baby daddys and she got her tubes tied XD so he's just doing it to do it.

She has this nigga working overtime, they call him daddy, he has their pictures all over his Facebook page, but in reality, they're gonna turn into 7 year olds who say "You're not my real dad" 14 year olds who say "Get out of my life" and eventually adults who have no loyalty and care nothing for him.
