I was just looking into this today in regards to the recent crypto activity.
even worse than not being able to repay a loan or oweing money is when all the systems play off each other in what is termed as a "vicious cycle" where someone getting a loan repaid (through sale of a house) increases the supply of property further lowering prices to below what the person paid for their mortage, causing them to sell the house, etc etc etc

it has more to do than on an organic scale. its how they repackaged all these mortgage of deadbeats and niggers into new securities to be sold to bigger buyers. -
