   There was a YouTube vid I saw of a dude in some tropical area taking plastic gallon milk bottles and water bottles, some wood pallets and tons of rope and fabric and made a floating island where he lived for free on it. He made it pretty by using colored fabric as wall drapes and knotted them into mesh like camo to keep the heat off of him.
