   I had s friend in drug court that sold crack..didn't even use it..and they tested him and he popped for cocaine twice but they did a level test and it was so low that the judge knew he was selling, so he gave him a violation and put him in county for 30 days just to have drug court started over when he got out.
   
   Basically go to drug court tomorrow (or whenever you see the judge next since u do that shit like every week in drug court) and say, "your honor, I'm a complete idiot and am only now realizing that drug court is a complete scam to keep me in the legal system, and I want my 18 months now [which is a fucking lie anyway because you can't be sentenced to county fur more than 12 months]. You prolly woulda did 6-9 month in county TOPS. Or you could refuse to do that and ask for 12 months and 1 day and go to prison and have an ever gravier of a time cuz county czn be a little...stifling...cuz u never go outside.
   
   The only people that successfully complete drug court are like trey Anastasio from phish.

   You can fight a case for 5 years in jail but any sentence has to be 12 months or under tonserve the sentence in jail. I've hears stories of dudes demanding 12 months and 1 day so that they could do their time in prison instead of jail where u never go outside.

   I did this my second bid. They actually don't do good time in county jails either, so when i was given 14 months, i ended up doing 10 1/2 because prison allowed for 25% reduction after completing 75% of your sentence, takes a month to file.
