Feeling my gut get fatter after eating a couple teaspoons of sugar free ice cream.
I ate 1/3 of a leftover whopper burger
Still fat at 228 pounds
I drank 2 veggie shakes today and a bowl of raisin brand
It's unusually hot today too but will cool down rapidly by tomorrow.
Almost 90 today. Reminds me of the weather I used to live in.
