    I've been tested for anaemia several times, don't have it but my iron is still low. Once they wanted to test me for diabetes because of the sugar in my blood. I'm not too worried about it because I don't want to get old.

    Not OJ.. water with banana, strawberries, carrots, baby spinach or kale, few teaspoons of yogurt, radishes, 1/5th teaspoon of honey to sweeten.

    He's not joking Kafka. Blindness is another problem, but ulcers of the feet and legs is a mother fucker. You loose feeling in your toes but then at night you get stabbing pains in the toes and web of feet and archways

    Your toes turn black and gangrene and need to be chopped off, then the front of the foot then the calve and keeps spreading over years.

    No no and no...1 banana, **27g** NET carbs, 1 cup strawberries 11g NET carbs, 1carrot 6g NET carbs, that's 44g not including the yogurt and honey.

    Protein and fat is your master from now on. Have a fucking boiled egg or piece of cheese, not a fucking carb filled smoothie

    I wouldn't get old bcus I'd kms if I had health problems like that. This has convinced me though to buy hypnosis now for sugar addiction. Right now. I used to have vision problems, needed glasses but wouldn't wear them. If I held out my hand it would be blurry. It lasted about a year but my vision's fine now. Dunno what it was.

    I get bad cramps from lack of potassium and always run low normal to low on potassium.

    Avocados do have a good source but are fattening even though it's a good fat, it packs on the pounds

    People are supposed to have fruit you know.

    I suppose I can throw half a avocado in with blueberries instead but not as tasty ahmm 🤓👍

    I do switch off with broccoli and celery as well for greens. Sometimes all of that but it gets too fibrous to drink down

    I don't like chewing veggies and have a partial now. Can't chew hard veggies

    But I prefer drinking over eating veggies. I hate cooked veggies too. Never been a fan.
