You should look up intermittent fasting .. it’s what I did...you’ll learn so much ..much more than I know
But I honestly eat what I want...I just eat during a 8 hr eating window ...
Mine is 3-11
My work hours.. so I don’t eat before work at all except on my cheat day which is recommended
It helps you not get stuck in a plateau and the weight loss consistent
And when I’m at work I’m moving a lot unless I’m charting I’m on the move
So haven’t had to work out like I thought I would
And as you can see..the vids don’t lie.. I’ve visually slimmed down
