Good morning all.
The weekend has been pretty good so far.
Saturday we did lots of family stuff plus I got a sweet nap in.
Yesterday we smoked so much chicken and then went to a party. The chicken was great.
Party was lulzy.
The kid is potty trained and it only took a week.
She is mad psyched about taking a piss now and yells the news for all to hear.
The terrible twos have struck and tantrums are very common.
It got to the point I even started reading up on them because I want to help out my girlfriend in dealing with them.
Apparently you just have to let them ride it out somewhat and make sure not to do anything rewarding to get them to stop or it will make it worse.
I'm not a big "time out" person but I might try it today and see how the results of that go.
I guess so long as you can ignore it they eventually quit doing it once they realize it isn't producing the results they want.
Anyways, got 1 day left of this three day weekend and want to do something fun.
Surely most everywhere will be packed today but hopefully I can come up with something decent for the three of us to do.
