You need to start supplementing and eating better to prepare ur body for withdrawal. i spent a retarded amount of money on glucosamine and herbs and mushrooms and liquid IV and all sorts of fuckery. My life is kinda shittier in a lot of ways- mostly physical ways. But its also cool not having to have opioids to function. And my testosteroni levels are back to normalish so im not as depressed.

You should look into a consultation with an addiction medicine specialist who can prescibe comfort meds and help you get a move on with this taper. I wish i wouldve done it sooner bc prolonging it only exacerbated the damage i was doing to myself.
