What a bad stock pick I bought right before a big housing crash and mass inflation. Suddenly people are waking up and realizing that they are getting scammed HARD
work for 30 years and sell your soul to the bank and if you're lucky you can afford a one bedroom shit box in the bad part of town and eat bugs
People are realizing that homes and LAND doesn't cost that much. You aren't buying a house in the city you are paying for an inflated lifestyle and your money is worth less every time you put it in the bank. Participation in society is becoming quickly less and less worth it for the average joe which is the vast majority of folx

I owned for 16 years, and I’m done. Sold the house and put the profit in my retirement.
Owning just feels like too much responsibility that I don’t want at this stage in my life. I don’t want to drop $10,000 for a new roof, or $7,000 for a new heat pump/air conditioner. I want my extra money going into me me me. Vacations come to mind.
I’m done being responsible for everyone and everything.
