    Fuck if i know for sure but in Oakland, I wouldn't be surprised if 30 percent. I mean dudes who break the law like steal drug money and drugs then resale them or the gang rape of a 16 year old daughter of a 9-1-1 OPD officer.and this is a second documented case.     And maybe 20-30% in San Francisco. They just accidently cover their body cams while shooting suspects now

    It probably speaks for all major cities. Chicago was a known 'cops on the take' in the 1930s during prohibition era.
    
    But cops should have their steady can on their chest and a secondary camera pointing up on a pants leg or belt where both cameras can't be blocked

    For the second time in a year, I was driving a delivery 2 days ago when an Oakland freeway shooting happened. Cops zig zagging to stop traffic. I got off at Park on southbound 580
    
    This is 2 times I could of been a freeway shooting victim. Same highway last year but has happened at least once a month. Highway 880 which becomes 580 and the start of I-80 had one not long ago were a 2 year old boy was killed. I take Jackson street exit a lot and it happened just south of it.
    
    Freeway shootings have been a problem here since like 2015 or so.
