It's possible to extract $1billion from your local community without ever leaving your country, a certain radius of people is needed (100 million people). For most of the world this is easy, and the UK has always been tied into this too, look at George Soros. If you are in USA, Europe,Asia, even Brazil you have the potential to be increadibly rich right now if you're smart.
I don't live anywhere close to 100million people.... I would just have to move to USA if I wanted a billion dollars right now.
I like to look at a building for example, and pretend its mine/my company's.
